Loyalty cards are issued by SMOL and are subject to the following Terms & Conditions:

  1. Cards are non-transferable and can only be used by the cardholder.

  2. Stamps are accrued for every $10 spent in-store and can be used to redeem rewards.

  3. Customers may only hold ONE Loyalty Card at any given time. Any additional cards will be voided.

  4. Rewards have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.

  5. Use of Loyalty Card cannot be in conjunction with any existing promotions and perks, such as Gym Partner Discounts, FavePay Cashback or Corporate Discounts.

  6. Stamps may be accrued during the purchase and redemption of 'Free Add On' Reward as long as a valid payment method is used.

  7. 'Free Add On' Reward must be claimed with purchase of a regular priced bowl. It is valid for ONE add on only, with a value of up to 4SGD.

  8. 'Free Side Salad' Reward refer to side salads such as Watermelon Salad or Rocket Salad, depending on availability.

  9. Rewards must be claimed separately, and do not need to be claimed in receiving order.

  10. Birthday Bowl may be claimed during the period of 1 week before or after your birthday and refer to ONE regular priced bowl with no additional add ons.

  11. SMOL reserves the right to modify or terminate the loyalty program at any time.

  12. Card must be presented at the time of purchase to earn stamps.

  13. Maximum amount of stamps per transaction are 5 stamps. Rewards are not available for corporate/pre-order items.

  14. Expired cards are rendered invalid and stamps earned cannot be transferred.

  15. Lost or stolen cards will not be replaced.
